At Tease Tea, we want you to love every sip. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened tea blends and accessories.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the authorization number before shipping them back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned tea, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
